Bio

As an Italian Film Composer, Lorenzo’s sound is marked by the combination of the expressiveness and passion of his country’s culture with Nordic minimalism in a very distinctive electronic/orchestral mix.

He most recently scored the documentaries FUOCHI (2024 – Visioni dal mondo festival, Fabriano film festFestival internazionale “Tulipani di seta nera” Rai Cinema, Asincronie festival), IL SANTO DI CARNE (2024 – Terra di Siena film fest, Catania film fest),  COME ROMEO E GIULIETTA (2025) and a few shorts for the Italian brand Prosecco Doc.
Furthermore, in 2025, he was awarded with the prestigious VINCENZONI PRIZE (Treviso, Italy) in the “Film Music” category.

He enjoys working on both large-scale productions and, especially, independent projects where he can explore and research new creative paths to enhance the storytelling and vision of emerging directors.

As a composer/arranger his distinctive and identifiable musical vision makes his music performed by many ensembles, both in Italy and internationally, for which he produces arrangements, orchestrations and original works like the symphonic poem “L’incendio del Bosco Grande” (2023) and the orchestral suite KINTSUGI (2025, together with M° Valentino Cervini) premiered by the well-know Sanremo Symphonic Orchestra.

A great personal passion led him to specialize in classical and modern vocal music, and to create and/or perform with a number of a cappella groups in Italy and all around the world (Germany, England, USA, China, ecc..). He regularly holds workshops for the most important international vocal/choral festivals.
In 2022 he released REMEMEBR: A Choral Experience, a short collection of contemporary choral pieces.

In 2018, together with three other singers / musicians, he produced a new project, REBEL BIT, the aim of which is to create actual shows featuring both theatrical and audiovisual elements and a cappella vocal music, revised through electronic processing.
They received 2 Contemporary a cappella recording awards (with 9 nominations) for their two albums (PAPER FLIGHTS and COME) and 5 “A cappella video awards”. They also participated in the 2021 edition of the TV show “Italia’s got talent”.

He’s also a member of the pluri-award winner Italian vocal group CLUSTER with whom he took part in the national TV show “Voice Anatomy” in the 2020/2021 season.
